Steamoji Belred+ — Terms and Conditions

Steamoji Belred+ is operated by the following Washington-based entities:

* Steamoji Bothell LLC

* Steamoji Bellevue LLC

* Steamoji Redmond LLC

* Steamoji Newcastle LLC

* Steamoji Klahanie LLC

Together, these are referred to as “Steamoji Belred+,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By registering or participating in any of our programs, you (“you,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer hands-on learning experiences in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) for children ages 5–14 through classes, camps, workshops, and memberships.

2. Eligibility

Programs are open to children ages 5–14. A parent or guardian must complete all registration and consent forms.

3. Registration & Membership

* Enrollment is subject to availability.

* Payment is required at the time of registration.

* Memberships are billed monthly or annually.

* Cancellations require 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

* Camps & Workshops: Full refund (minus processing fee) if canceled 14+ days prior. No refunds within 14 days.

* Memberships: Non-refundable after billing date.

* Make-Ups: Offered when available but not guaranteed.

5. Behavior & Conduct

All participants must treat others respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Safety & Supervision

* We are not a licensed childcare provider under Washington law.

* Parents must sign children in/out unless otherwise authorized.

* Emergency contact information must be kept current.

7. Medical Authorization & Waiver

You authorize staff to seek emergency medical attention if needed and release Steamoji Belred+ from liability related to injuries or illness during participation.

8. Media Release

Unless you opt out in writing, you consent to our use of your child’s images in marketing materials (web, print, social media).

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](#privacy-policy). We follow all applicable Washington and federal privacy laws.

10. Program Changes

We may modify programs, schedules, fees, or terms with notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in *King County, WA*.
